Our project „First steps of a young leader”, carried out with the support of the International Visegrad Fund, is coming to an end. As part of the project, we gathered a group of 26 wonderful young people from Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. Thanks to their involvement, the Visegrad Young Leader Club was established. The club creates opportunities for multicultural integration among young people and for making changes in their local communities. The key values of the Club are: youth, cooperation, community. As part of the project, a manual with a set of educational materials for developing leadership competences among young people was also created. The content was developed by experts from 4 Visegrad Group countries.and implemented during the Leadership Youth Camp in Zamość The project was accomplished thanks to cooperation between partner organizations: EduMentor Foundation from Poland, Brno for you from the Czech Republic, SYTEV from Slovakia and Creative Youth Academy from Hungary.
